The mind and mind control ia aspect of internal training to disciplin the mind and controll our emotions. The purpose is to give use the power to accomplish our personal and professional desires.  Basical what we set out to do.  Weather it is to set a goal, and focus our efforts on achieving that goal.  It gives use the power to keep our mind clear of distractions.  With a clear mind, and the power to act spontaneously, immediately and appropriately as needed.  We accomplish what we set out to do.  This sort of power is valuable in virtually every sphere of life.  Once you acknowledge the value of disciplining your mind. Which is the main means of accomplishing something the rest is simple to do.  There are two broad approaches.  One is practiced when the body is active (strick concentration) and the other is practiced when the body is still (common Meditation).

When we are in an active state, such as the awaken state or during your daily activities, you can practice mental discipline.
The technique is straightforward.  Concentrate exclusively on what you are doing.  Does not matter what it is, give it your full attention.  Notice every detail about the process, banish any thought that is distracting and focus on what you are doing.  Total and full concentration on what you are doing at that moments of action is the mind control exercise in practice.
 
When your body is inactive you may also practice mental discipline.  Typically in special sessions called meditation, yoga, mantra, or even scrying.  Meditation takes many forms and each differs in form.  Meditation requires particular postures, sitting cross-legged with hands in the lap is the most common one.  Some forms ask that you focus on your breathing as it enters and leaves the body.  It ask that you breath in through your nostrils and out through your mouth.  Other forms just want you to concentrate on your diaphragm or Dan Tian section of the body as you breath in and out.  Another way is to empty your mind.  In both cases whether the body is in motion or still the task is the same:  To keep your concentration on what you are doing.  If your mind wanders simply bring it back to awareness of the task at hand and continue to concentrate.  Do not waste effort on blaming yourself or anyone, or feel failure.  That does not help the situation or the task!  Instead simply settle down to focusing on the present with even more determination.  
 
That is practicing and developing Mental Control and discipline.  Stick to the your goals by repeatedly doing this.  You will develop a strong mind and strong concentration.  Remember that when you are able to concentrate, you may notice that your mind feels “empty” when in fact you are concentrating.  When the mind is empty the Qi (spirit, inner energy) automatically circulates, restoring vitality to the cells and rejuvenating tissues.  In meditation as breathing becomes slower, deeper, and more even, tissues and organs relax:  Oxygen-rich blood reaches more cells; hormones induce relaxation and relieve stress.  In that pure space is the ability to react spontaneously, wholeheartedly and with full power.

What do you think of when you think of  your mind do you think of how it is that it functions or do we just by pass the thought of knowing how we think!  The brain is able to control many muscles consciously and sub consciously.  Subconscious movement patterns are rooted deeper into our Neuro-physiology then voluntary movement.  Even though these “organic” patterns are rooted deeply within our system they often become lazy or forgotten, how ever when stimulated correctly these patterns will make you stand upright, feel fit, age well, be confident, alert and responsive.

Perhaps that is why we don't seem to think of how we are processing this information.
 
So let's go back to basics!


Now we should know that our minds are only limited by our own thoughts.  When we mention or speak of mental health do we think of it as being a psychological state of well being!  Or do we just think that we want to be sane in stead of insane.  Which we should characterized it as continuing personal growth.  As well as a sense of purpose, Self-acceptance and a positive relationship with others.  Or being able to master our environment with the capacity to manage effectively our surroundings.  Perhaps the sense of self determination and the ability to control our life.


In order to recondition our mind we should know a little about bi-neural and how we function, the nutrients we required to maintain a healthy mind so that we can develop positive and healthy signal.  We should feed the brain just as we  nourish ourselves.
 
The brain functions with complex neurons or nerve cell circuits.  Communication between neurons is both electrical and chemical. The brain is the control center for movement, hunger, thirst, virtually, thoughts and every other vital activity.  It receives and interoperates the countless signals that are sent to from parts of the body and from the  environment.
 
The brain makes us conscious, emotional, and intelligent.  The brain carries cerebrospinal fluids that govern the state of alertness.  The brain stem serves as the path for messages traveling between the upper brain and the spinal cord but it is also the seat for basic and vital functions.
 
The limbic system plays a role in emotions, memory and motivation.  The hypothalamus regulates hunger, thirst, sleep body temperature and sexual drive.  The mid-brain is a net like formation of nuclei known as the reticular formation.  It also determines which part of the constant flow of sensory information is received.
 
There are two main types of brain cells:  Neurons and neuroglia.  Neurons are responsible for transmission and analysis of electro chemical communication within the Brian.
 
The myelinated axons conduct neuronal signals faster than unmyelinated axons.  Dendrites convey electrical signals toward the soma.
 

Memory is considered a diffusely stored associative process - it puts together information from many different sources and immediately recalls the ability.  Short term memory is the ability to retain a limited amount of information for up to an hour. Long term memory involves exchanging signals between the medial temporal lode, various cortical regions and the mid brain. (There is still research being done on the Brain). 

Can you enhance your brain to be better than it is genetically programmed to be? yes we input information since birth therefore we can build our mental cousiousness to geniousess.
 
Little evidence supports the possibility. However, it is clear that you can attain optimal function and maintain it by stimulating usage.
 
When you form new memories, you strengthen a particular series of connections.
 
You can improve your ability to take in new information and retain it by concentrating and adding structure, by putting the new information within the frameworks you already know or already have.
 
Another strategy is to associate the new information with existing knowledge that is meaningful to you.  You also reinforce information as you take it in which is also helpful for retaining.  Make it a point of thinking to yourself of what you want to remember and use associative patterns to remember.  Make a mental picture of what you are trying to remember.  However, when stressed the function of memory may be reduced and also concentration.

When we speak of the natural memory functions, do we think of it in a spiritual form?  Can it be connected to the soul?  Or is it part of our soul?  The mental Ida is a documented description of the memory having a soul.  Well at least I consider my memories to be part of my soul.  Do you?

Memory and its function

 

Scientists have used two primary approaches to studying how the brain works.  One approach is to study the brains function after parts of the brain has been damaged.  The second approach is to study the response of the brain when stimulation of various sense organs have been accomplished.  Although research has failed to identify specific sites in the brain as locations of individual memories, certain brain areas are critical for memory to function.  Immediate recall is located in the auditory associative cortex.  Short-term memory is located in the deep temporal lobe. Long-term memory is located in various cortical regions within the mid brain.  Modern research confirms the hypothesis that memories are not localized in one place in the brain, but rather involve interacting circuits operating across the brain.  Many of the neural regions used in perceiving and attending to information seem also to be involved in the encoding and subsequent retrieval of information.  Although different brain regions perform different memory-related processes, the memories themselves do not appear to reside in any particular place.
19th century French physiologist Claude Bernard,studied the autonomic nervous system and described many of its functions.  His greatest contribution was his statement of the principle that living organisms are never at rest but constantly undergo dynamic changes to maintain internal equilibrium. The autonomic nervous system itself is controlled by nerve centers in the spinal cord and brain stem and is fine-tuned by regions higher in the brain, such as the mid brain and cortex.  Reactions such as blushing indicates that cognitive, or thinking centers of the brain are also involved in autonomic responses.  Although the brain appears symmetrical, how it functions is not. Each hemisphere is specialized and dominates the other in certain functions.

 

Research has shown that hemispheric dominance is related to whether a person is predominantly right-handed or left-handed.  In most right-handed people, the left hemisphere processes arithmetic, language, and speech. The right hemisphere interprets music, complex imagery, and spatial relationships and recognizes and expresses emotion. In the left-handed people, the pattern of brain organization is more variable.
 
The hippocampus is thought to be one of the most important brain structures involved in memory. The hippocampus and its surrounding structures in the medial temporal lobe which plays a critical role in the encoding of episodic memories, especially in binding elements of memories together to locate the memories in particular times and places.
 
The frontal lobes play an important role in encoding and retrieving memories in certain areas of the left frontal lobe which are especially active during the encoding of memories, whereas those in the right frontal lobe are more active during retrieval.  An area in the right anterior prefrontal cortex becomes active when a person is trying to retrieve a previously experienced episode. Some evidence indicates that this region may be even more active when the retrieval attempt is successful.  Researchers have implicated glucose (a sugar) and insulin (a hormone secreted by the pancreas) as important to learning and memory when humans ingest glucose, the pancreas responds by increasing insulin production.  Some studies in humans that have systematically varied the amount of glucose and insulin in the blood which have shown that insulin may be the more important of the two substances for learning.

Processing Information:  Binaural Hearing
Humans use two ears to process acoustic signals and suppress background noise.  Both ears are essentially vibrating membranes that extend in size.  Membrane oscillations are turned into an electrical signal that corresponds to the pitch and loudness.  Hearing airborne sound waves funnel into the auditory canal and strike the eardrum making it vibrate back and forth creating awareness of sound.  This shaking pulls microscopic hairs on cells in the membrane, which generates nerve signals which flash along the cochlear nerve to the brain.  Either side of the eardrums can equalize allowing the eardrum to vibrate.  The tensor, tympani and stapedius muscles contract (Corti).  More than 15,000 hair bearing cells are in rows along its base membrane different within areas of hair cells which produce nerve signals when vibrated by high or low frequencies or high or low pitched sounds in the fluid around them.  Neuro stimulation of different frequencies accelerates, the release of dynorphin.  It is clear that the arcuate nucleus of the hypothalamus and Para brachial nucleus of the brain stem are cardinal for low and high-frequencies.  Therefore we look at EA effects respectively, with peri-aqueductal gray matter (PAG) as a common pathway for both.  One can use alternative stimulations at low and high frequencies to elicit a synergistic effect.  By using stimulation and mind control for the development of the personal being by using various different forms of brain entrainment.

Transistor flow control:

I have found that when you are mentally reconditioning your mind with any of the forms spoken about within our website you will be experiencing a similar effect with the electrode signals being sent to the brain from the programs that you will be using. Thinking as a skill.
Bi-neural, NLP's (Neuro Linguistic Programs) helps us structure and restructure our way of thinking.  Thinking is a matter of intelligence. Thinking is a skill that can be improved by training.  An environment in stimulation and nutrition is needed to bring intelligence up to its full potential.  A challenging environment may affect the bio-chemical basis of intelligence.
 
There is a need to pay direct attention to the methods of thinking.  The focused attention on 3 elements, operating skills, intelligence and experience.  Knowledge is not enough. The creative constrictive design and operating aspects of “thinking” are as important as “knowledge”. “Thinking in science” there is certain fundamental processes like: assessing priorities, seeking alternatives, forming hypotheses, and generating new ideas, which are applicable in any field. “Critical thinking”, is wonderful in itself, but inadequate by itself.
 
Perception is how we look at the world. A simple acronym GIGO this stands for garbage in garbage out. Exactly the same thing applies to logic. If your perception is limited than flawless logic will give you an incorrect answer.  Bad logic makes for bad thinking.  But the opposite is not true at all good logic doesn’t necessarily make for good thinking.  If the perception is poor then good logic will give you a faulty answer.  There is even an added danger that good logic will give a false arrogance with which to hold the false answer.  Perception works as a “self-organizing information system” such systems allow the sequence in which information arrives to set up patterns.  Our thinking then remains trapped within these patterns so we need some ways of broadening perception and of changing perception (Creativity).  Without attention directing tools attention follows the patterns laid down by experience and we remain trapped.
What the thinking tools do is to furnish the mind with some executive concepts so that at different points in our thinking we can instruct our own minds to work as we wish.
Logic: Another aspect is to construct a particular type of informational universe.  Knowing where to look and how to look is just as important as any thinking skill.  They should be treated somewhat like problem solving.  Knowing where you want to end up at and exploring the ways of getting there.  Selecting the relevant information is as important as the information we are thinking about.  
 
This becomes even more important when choosing and obtaining the information we wish to be thinking of. FI - FO a thinking method that stands for information in information out.  Logical inferences are the fi part then the gaps are examined it is not easy to see gaps because they have to be inferred. We have to imagine what information is required in order to see what is not available.  These gaps are defined and spelled out carefully. There should be as much consciousness of the information that is available.  The Fo. We need both - information and thinking of information - there is no substitute for thinking and thinking is no substitute for information. These are 2 uses that form thinking. The first is directed at the information itself, getting information, obtaining the max from the information we have and then checking the information. The second is use, to carry out some thinking purpose: decision, action, choice, plan, design, or pleasure.  These are some of the areas where mental reconditioning help with the improvement of thought processing.  Now you must decide on the mental program that you will be focusing on and the outcome of your project.

Neuro linguistics:

This image shows activities of the brain. The electrical burst areas are the neuron signal being transmitted throughout the brain.  Just think of it.  How do you really remember things?  If memory is subconscious thinking then how do we realize it and when does it connect to the brain?  I myself would say through our minds Ida.  Even thought it is a fog cloud in the brain it is activated by neurons (electrical signals) and the moisture within that send signals to and from.  That's how we acknowledge our thoughts.  So when your listening to these programs try to do it at the most relaxed moment of the day.  Our subconscious will do the rest and in no time will our conscious realize the change.  We will become aware of what we have been listening too.

We must point out that exercise is an important part of mental and physical conditioning to maintain a healthy life.  At the very least moderate exercise will help with the improvement of the common problems.  Such as muscle depletion, stiffness, and stress (just to name a few).  Exercise helps to sharpen the cognitive skills, lift depression and ward off the changes in memory associated with age.

First this is how the human brain works to record and remember. It has millions of neurons in concert, piecing together various bits of information into one coherent picture. It also contains separate neuron that is used to recognize. The hippocampus is an area critical for storage of long-term memories. Neurons firing respond to the abstract concepts of our environment. We store memories as abstract concepts. A clear point for how memories are encoded. Some neurons responded to more than one-person, place, thing, object or sound. The awareness does not mean that a given brain cell will react in only on situation.  The familiar things and things you see frequently are the neurons which are wired up and fire in a very specific way to create response to your environment.

The Beauty of the Brain is the process of thinking at a higher dimension, space, membrane, cosmology or even physics.  Extra dimensions-such as beyond the four we encounter every day.  (The three of space plus one of time).  The Brains are domains (or swaths) of several spatial dimensions within a higher dimensional space.  Think about gravity, brains and the extra dimensions.  A whole new set of possibilities for what could have been going on in the early universe’s instincts.  All the  forces and particles stick to the three dimensional brain except gravity, which is concentrated on the other brain and is free to travel between them across space and time, which is warped in a negative fashion called anti-De Sitter space.  By the time it gets to us, gravity is weak in the one: and in the other it is strong.  On a par with the three other forces.  String theorists had looked at the idea of confining all forces to a brain and having gravity leak, but they had not worked out the mechanics of it all.  Theory the Three-brain dimension within two large extra dimensions were we may live and think in a three-brain process, but “three are regions beyond the horizon that look really entirely different.  So we have taken the 3 dimensional programming process instead.

Getting Started With Reconditioning
I will start by telling you how I started. I began with a form of meditation. Followed by a cardio vascular exercise. Then I followed that up with a Neuro-linguistic programming program. I then read a book on self empowerment. I then scheduled myself to follow through on the goals set for that week. I started with a weekly schedule because we need to overcome certain habits that have been imprinted into our subconscious. Since I have always been a junk food junkie I needed to restructure my eating habits. Like instead of eating a full dinner at 10 p.m. after work I would eat a side salad instead. It is easier to digest Vegetable then meat. I added a form of exercise by running in the evenings so that I could breath better. In hopes that I could clean out my lungs. I discovered that the Catnip herbal tea is good for the lungs and cleanses them. You should put together a program that will allow you to have some time in-between in order to absorb what you are working on.

For instance if you are working on a subliminal program and you find you are feeling anxious you need to slow down and release some of the tension. You do this with some sort of meditation or yoga exercise. Breathing Ti-Chi would be the perfect way to start cause it allows you the opportunity to build inner straight at the same time. Jogging is a good form to work on your breathing and help build oxygen with the body (creating chi). We must remember that we need to work on our breathing with our mind because it is an automatic function of the brain. Therefore if you concentrate on breathing at the time of motion the brain functions on its own through mental discipline. Or if you find a company that can help you create subliminal thoughts of exactly what you are trying to accomplish. You will automatically be building chi at all times. You can start by creating small goals. Make an accession of your goals (prioritorize them) break them down for the year. Remember! Mind, Body, and Soul. Second you devise a schedule for 3 months and then on the 4th month you reuterize what you have accomplished within that time. Then divide your program time into the 3 Main areas of your reconditioning. Mind, Body, and Soul.

Before you can start with a mental reconditioning program. You must think exactly what you wish to accomplish. You can find a variety of Subliminal and Hypnosis tape/CD's in the market. You should have read about the mind and how it functions, philosophy of the mind and the soul. For the mind you should start with some form of meditation and breathing. Like Chakra, Yoga, Meditating. You should also be looking into some form of physical fitness program like: Ti Chi or Falung Dafa which is a good form of meditation and physical fitness together. Pilates. Yoga, Ti-Chi, Stretching, or running. With these types of programs you will be building inner straight (Qi - shen) as well as breath control and muscle growth. You should learn to meditate so as to develop mind control and create clam. You should not strain the brain at any time. While you are listening to the Neuro linguistic tapes/CD's you will be training your mind to function by thought alone. This is why I say if you learn some form of meditation first you will absorb more of the information being sent to the brain. Finding a Proper diet require your ability to be flexible with your taste buds some reading on the different form of dieting is a good too. We will inform you of the basics here. You should increase the intake of vitamin's, and minerals, flushing your system every now and then does not harm, it actually helps. Find natural herbs that you can cook with and that have other uses for more nutritional habits. When you consume the proper nutrients you will be helping the brain build natural nutrients that are required for the brain to function. Those neuron signals that are being sent to the brain will be healthier and therefore the signal will be more potent. Include exercise in your daily life or in one of your programs like pilates are a good form of stretching and toning the body also deals with a mild form of Meditation. Falung Dafa is one of the best forms of building spirituality, you can also think of Karma Sutra for sexuality and spirituality. The body needs vitamins and minerals. Your muscle's, veins and nerves should have a natural flow of fluids in order to be healthy. Muscle's should be toned to support your body weight. Build your immune system, your metabolism and blood flow. By building the natural body nutrients you will be maintaining your health. There are herbal formulas that will help build the natural body nutrients and for cleansing the system of its impurities. You should include these types of flushes into your regular routine. Building your soul is truly the final and total out come of what your goals should be. We strongly recommend that you sit and think of how you wish to reach Oneness with your self. I recommend that you look into the different forms of spirituality if you are not religious. Falung Daffa is one if not the best way in building Qi-Shen, Spiritual energy. I my self am not religious per say. yet that's how I have build inner strength. One must be able to reach full awareness of oneself and what better way to do it then by finding ones self first.
