If you look around now a days you don't see the neighbor or the relatives getting excited because they are going to church.. No the excitement is because the Yankees won the World Series. What do you think true!?
Okay! In hopes that we could put a twist into what lots of us think about spirituality. I think there are a lot of individuals that are spiritual and perhaps don't go to church every Sunday. I myself sit at home listening to some sort of hummniage. Or some sort of literature.  I also meditate; therefore I am building spirituality and oneness with myself and the universe.  Looking into spirituality you should look at Buddhism, shamanism, spiritualism through the spirits (but that's a different subject). You would have to look for a form of meditation that help create inner com. Meaning you should look for karma. That is how you start building inner spiritual energy.  Qi

I have read on the Karma Sutra, Yoga, and Ti-chi, these all deal with the inner energies of one self.  I recently came across a CD on Falung Daffa.  One of the ancient exercises that is used to create Chi.  The Chinese people practice this form of meditation to build there inner strength.  I myself would say this is a wonderful way to go if you wish to build true spirituality.  It is a form of movement, meditation, and breathing exercise. The rhythmic movement, Breathing, and the meditative mode that you are in create motion within the atmosphere around you while you absorb energy from the oxygen intake. The inner being is created by energy formed from the universe and friction and flow within the air. When we create Aura we are creating that inner energy we call Chi.  Chi is spirit, strength, energy, and aura.  Our spirits (aura) is balanced or unbalanced that's what happens when we have mood swings. There are so many different aspects to what a spirit or your aura is that we won’t go into that yet.  Our spirits also needs cleansing; sometimes we need to look into the un-ordinary in order to find peace of mind.  Therefore if you feel as if you need to clean your soul you can use the following recipe. Now I know you must be saying this is not ordinary but it does work. You should use these baths for 3 consecutive days one week one and on the following week another until you have done all 3 baths. You can purchase these items at the herbal store in your area. Or you could see if you find some of the items in the supermarket. You will need to concentrate and be in a meditative state while preparing these baths. You should be concentrating on what you are accomplishing, which is a spiritual cleansing. The first is a sour bath to clean the impurities within the soul. The following is a sweet bath.

A Bitter and Sour Bath that can be used:

 Bitter Bath #5
Romero
Espartillo
Garlic
Florida Water
Sweet Bath #4
Menta
White Rose's
Lavender Water
Holy Water
White Candles

Before starting the baths you should prepare yourself by saying or listening to some prayers but if you don't have anything that you can read or listen to you can sit and meditate thinking of putting your full energy into what you are doing. This is what is called creating will toward an out come. This is because we are dealing with the spirit and the spirit world. This is why we should to build spirituality. The bitter bath will remove negative vibrations and the sweet bath will attract positive energies. We are speaking here in part of aroma therapy.  Please feel free to continue with the site and return more often to find more information on cleansing and spiritual enlightenment.  Prayers

I wanted to mention that the book called MANIFEST YOUR DESTINY by WAYNE W. DYER.  The nine spiritual principles for getting everything you want.  I think that every one that reads this book will obtain a positive out look at spirituality and the concept of manifesting.  There are a few things that I would like to point out in regards to the book and its concept.  The first is that spirituality is not necessarily a religious thing and should be viewed as constant energy that should be created and built upon.  The second is that we can all have this inner energy within us.  And the third would be that we can all create our own manifestations from our inner energies.  Purchase the book and find out how you to can have what you want through manifestation.

Would you consider Spirituality to be a boring subject?

I was reading this paper on research that was done on spirituality and the work organization. I was interested in knowing what they actually did and talked about in the retreat that they researched, since I am doing research myself in order to provide the best information possible to my viewers. They completed a paper that would enhance our/their understanding of the workplace and spirituality. They focused on the individual and the collective. Spirituality is described as one of the most significant issues, a reflection of societies concerns. They felt that with increased commitment and intense demands without caring for the entire person. Those changes have left us demoralized as people.  We have become alienated and unable to cope with the compartmentalized nature of spirituality. Along with the traditional structures provided with a source of meaning being seen by some as less relevant.  (The purpose of their paper was to explore what they mean by spirituality in the work place).  And these are my notes from their paper. To consider the relevance to organizational management they attended a retreat workshop that related to spirituality to management and work organizations.  Defining Spirituality difficulties were encountered in what they considered to mean spirituality.  There is a shift in emphasis toward experience over objectivity from the exclusive boundaries of religion.  It is clear that spirituality provides a means of connecting with ideas of wholeness, creativity and interdependence, stimulated by cross-cultural inter-penetration of multiple religious traditions. The term also encompasses holistic concerns; it is evident that spirituality is prone to diverse usage, enabling it to be used flexibly in situations where greater clarity or explicit references to religion would bring social awkwardness.  Spirituality is based on 3 main components.  1st it relies on recognition. An inner life related to the soul and accessed through practices such as meditation, self-reflection and prayer. 2nd the need to find it meaningful, and 3rd a spiritually informed company within the community were spiritual growth can take place and with means of connection to a larger purpose.  The emphasis on organizations as sources of community based structure for the related and increasing amount of time and energy required.  There is a divide, between those who are of the opinion that spirituality can be deliberately introduced into an organization to enhance and improve performance and those who regard spirituality as a cultural phenomenon.  Which it has the potential to enhance human understanding and quality of life.  However, even though the majority of current literature emphasizes that spirituality cannot be manipulated, popularization of the topic may, as with other management fashions encourage instrumental application of its principles.  Despite spirituality not necessarily being bounded by formal religious practice, it is our view that spirituality cannot be defined without reference to religion. Eventually it will lead to the development of rational.  Most importantly religion is actually a source of social change, the actions that religion constrains to the social change within the individuals.  The distinction of religion is being either Western or Eastern.  Like the Western religion, the Judeo-Christian belief system perceives each individual as separate form all others.  And legitimate the dignity of the individual through worship, which concentrates on the salvation of the isolated soul.

In the Eastern religious systems they tend to either negate the self, or to place the self at the center of a network.  Western belief systems are thus based on “Fission” of the individual from society whereas the Eastern belief system encourages a “fusion” of the individual with the social.  This distinction has been related to the success of Japanese work organizations, where employees spiritual and organizational identities may be less rigidly separated. It is argued that this more integrated philosophy enables Japanese firms to take a religiously pluralist spiritual position without fear of being seen as insincere or superficial.  Methods its study demands a more qualitative, participative methodology than is conventional; a design that incorporates both direct personal experience and other interpretations is desirable.  The Retreat workshop was two weekend-long, and in a Benedictine monastery in the south of England.  The workshop series focused on topics including leadership, ethical decision-making, stress management, and the development of spiritual workplace practice, including prayer. (While a religiously pluralist definition of the spiritual as ‘something in all of us’ was the ideal of the course). The Themes the first week focused on the meaning of spirituality, its connection to working life and what types of organization and management style were most likely to nurture spirituality. The second explored the potentially spiritual aspects of organizational leadership.  Identification of the 3 main themes, the first outlines the language and values that surround workplace spirituality. The second the rituals and practices with which it is associated, and third the tension between the individual and the community in the development of spiritual work practice.  Language and values these included belief, journey, unity, higher power and personal fulfillment.  (On the basis of group discussion, spirituality was defined as tripartite.  First as something that goes beyond explanatory, scientific frameworks and prioritized experience, second as a means of incorporating death as a positive part of life, and third as a journey to be experienced rather that a thing to be described).  The Rituals and Practices participants were given the opportunity to participate in the rituals and practices of the monastic community. The duration of the retreat worship in the abbey church with the monks, eat meals as a group, and to sleep within the monastic enclosure, each session during workshops was introduced by a reading from a sacred text, followed by an invitation to reflect verbally and silently.  The presence of an open bible, a vase of flowers, and a lit candle helped to define these events as spiritual.  The monastery was proposed as a model spiritual community in which work was a means though which individuals experienced wisdom and enlightenment.  All work has a potential spiritual meaning.

RELIGION AND HEALTH
I should mention a few words on health and our ability to heal our selves with the beliefs and will provided to us when we were introduced to what we call life.  As I completed my daily routines I noticed a news letter from Affinity Health.  What caught my eye was the cover articles Headline:  Putting Faith in Health.  Now having a website and constantly reading and looking for information to provide my Clients with on the subjects of health, spirituality, and the bi-neural programs.  I started reading it.  The article paragraph stated that affinity has joined forces with health ministries, and they asked the question? Does Faith Play a role in health?  The Answer they came up with was YES!  Many Worship Houses agreed. I believe that our Faith and our ability to heal are joined through our inner energies.  Our Belief in our spirituality and the faith of our beliefs is part of our will power.  Our inner energies create our (soul, spirit, chi, qi,) aura etc.  Which, we learn to maneuver, guide and build.  Our spirit then provides us with a
balance depending on the amount of energy and on our state of mind or mood.  Our state of mind focuses on who we are and our semantic movements as well as our daily duties.  It allows our body to create thoughts that allow us to react and perform to present and previous moments, and creates upcoming events.  Our ability to learn at a fast rate is produced by the desires and the will to create which is developed by our ego and like I mentioned before our soul has a ego, Ida, and a Id.  If we do not have faith in whom and what we are or what we are capable of doing, we are creating negative energies and our inner energies are considered to be at a natural state where we just go day by day with out even trying to build it.  By having faith we are creating belief in our spiritual being and by viewing ourselves as a spiritual being with a vessel we enter the state of manifestation.  If we do not use the ability to utilize our whole being we wither and create illnesses from within that can be treated with medication.  If that is on alternative then I would hope that we all choose the next one which would be to create the natural inner energies of healing our selves.  If you choose the firs just remember that we need at the least semantic movement in order to stay at a functional level.

Is Spirituality a touchy subject?

I’ve been doing some reading and I have discovered that there is not much of a difference in the religions after all its just the way that the individuals perceive the writings.  Which is why, it is said that in order for one to understand the messages that are given one must read the scriptures for our selves.  I read a book on the Egyptians and discovered that they also perform certain rituals in order to unite with the ancient spirits and receive blessings form them.  I also discovered that the pyramids are a spiritual avenue for the realm of spirituality and reality.  They also follow rules and regulation in the way they live in order to be spiritual and maintain their ancestry.  They have closer connections to the spirit world because of the pyramids.  The pyramids are an electromagnetic conduit and there for it cycles energies.  Our spirits are energy a part of will and dharma.  Not every one can travel to Egypt therefore in the Wicca or pagan rites they us what is called a witches hat which works in a similar way as the pyramids because they are designed like a pointed sphere.  This draws the energy from the surrounding area and harnesses it in order for us to utilize while we scribe or chant which is a form of meditative prayer within the mind and the realm that we are in at that moment.  When I say realms I mean the areas of connection and stages between what is known to us as concrete the physical forces were our focal point and where we are directing our attention to at that moment.

When I say realms I mean our focal point and where we are directing it at that moment. I also research a little on the Melchizedek Mysteries and the War in Heaven. I discovered that the reason for postulation is to receive and send the correct energies as well as showing respect for the Elohim and Spirituality. These individuals are also religious and perform rites not in the same manner as the others do but all the same they are rites that are performed through prayer and stances (Movements and meditation). They too believe in the powers from the universe and form the one, the all the creator of all living here and there. The system of invocation is one of the great spiritual keys to unlocking the gates and windows of heaven, in order that your prayers may be effectively heard. There can be total transformation within mind and spirit once we put effort into what we wish to accomplish. The powers of thought and mind transformation is not far from any one who wishes to improve their mental, physical, and spiritual being.

I read this book on the world of the jinn. Can you tell me? That you would ever think that a jinn could be influencing your thoughts and actions?  That this is one of the reasons why, you would respond negatively towards a situation or person.  I have! That’s only because I tend to place myself in a defensive mode when I feel the cosmic energies around me in a negative way.   Maybe that’s why they came out with the saying, “The Devil Made Me Do It”.  I also understood that there are ways of protecting oneself from the so-called Jinn’s, which I sometimes call, negative spirits that are used for negative task towards others it is not really that know no better but that they are promised reactions towards there actions that can only be obtained by the good that they do.  They are actually working for the negative powers.  Don’t get me wrong there are little demon messengers that do evil deeds.  And there are those spirits whom individuals use for evil.   Which is why, we should know what to do to protect our selves from certain situations.  If we all knew that by saying grace at dinner and if we would all say grace at dinner we would be protected from the devil sitting at our table.  I think that a lot more of us would be saying grace if we all understood and knew about the spiritual realms.

When it comes to Wicca and Santeria as well as other religion rites we mite be running a chance in being possessed by a negative entity.  There mite be times that we might not realize that there is a negative entity that we are dealing with because there mite be positive energies in the area too.  When we work rites we are requesting assistance from the spirits.  They will be assisting to perform that task in which we wish their help in.  Knowing that we need to protect ourselves and not leave doors open when finishing a rite is important.  The negative entities will not have access to our works.  If you do not protect yourself and the area of rites or if you leave the doors to the spiritual realm open.  The entities will be willing to do the task at hand but at a price to you.  Are we willing to take that chance?  I think not!  We must always try to be alert with what we are trying to accomplish and perform it in a safe and effective way.  Now with Wicca and other forms of spirituality the ritual practices come from way back in the day of the gods and before, like in Wicca.  While reading a book on ancient mythology I understood that Merlin was beguiled and sentenced to a tomb of stone for his actions.  That is certainly a prosaic equivalent for the tower of woven air in which the heaven–gods went to there rest.  I also learned of the cauldron of inspiration.  The fire beneath it was kept fanned by the breaths of nine maidens; it spoke (Speaks), doubtless in words of prophetic wisdom; and it would not cook the food of a perjurer or coward.  Here is the parallel between the pagan cauldron and the Christian grail.  I will be looking into Merlin’s incident and the Caldron of Inspiration to further provide information on the Mystical powers of beyond.

Building inner Strength:
Qi
The concept of internal energy, or vital essence, goes back thousands of years in both western and eastern cultures. The GREEKS called it “FIRE”; the CHINESE call it Qi.  Qi was a central concept in the Zen Buddhism taught by bodhidharma at the Shaolin temple and is compatible with concepts of the Tao as espoused by Lao-Tzu.  The idea is that each person, as part of the universe has access to the universal energy that animates the natural world.  The anatomical region below the navel-called the Dan Tian-is the bodies reservoir of Qi. This is the same in Dharma, sexual reflexology, yoga and in most of the other exercises.  You can learn to absorb energy from the natural world and store it in your Dan Tian then use it at will.  This is primarily a process of mental training.  By exercising and using your mind to focus on various parts of your body, you can coordinate and enhance your inner energy and physical powers. Certain exercises have been devised specifically to increase your inner energies (Qi), and to clear blockages in the paths through which it flows.  (The meridians, in classical CHINESE medical theory, have developed smooth, strong flows of Qi throughout the body).  This flow has the power not only to build fighting strength but also to cure disease strengthen the immune system and generally promote health. Many of the extraordinary feats of the Shaolin Temple martial artists and of martial artists today-derive from control of the Qi.  Thus developing Qi is essential in Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and spirituality or any self defense practice.
This phrase expresses the essence of how the CHINESE understand energy transformation in the body:

Physical energy (jing) melts into vital energy (Qi); vital energy melts into spirit (Shen), shen follows the Tao [the unlimited source of cosmic energy].  And we have Spiritual energy at a heighten level.

Developing Virtue:
The third aspect of internal training that is integral to the development of virtue is through study of the scriptures of (Buddhist, Taoist, and Confucian classics).  Through these means, one gains wisdom; one learns a sense of responsibility and respect; and one naturally develops compassion.  A fundamental tenet of Buddhism maintains that each person has or is the seed of a living Buddha.  Meditation gradually reveals this seed, gradually bringing out ones finest qualities and true nature.  Gradually, one overcomes ego and the emotions that arise as a result of the ego such as anger, hate, feelings of revenge, and arrogance.  Eventually one understands that the best use of power is to avoid conflict.  When exchanging words in a negative way you are releasing inner energies and depleting the qi.

The Mind-Qi-Strength:
Understanding the relationship between intention (mind), internal energy (Qi), and physical strength is a from of self discipline and virtue.  It is said, “Physical force has an end, but the mind/intention has no end”.   Mind is continuous (to WIN); the mind must have the firm intention to win.  As soon as one technique or solution is executed, even before it is finished the next has begun, the mind must prepare the next move before it occurs-it must be either ready to block or ready to execute another offensive maneuver.  The mind must be analytical and be focused on the task at hand with what she or he is preparing or doing.  In that way, defense becomes as continuous as intention and intention becomes action.  As soon as intention/mind moves, Qi is there; when Qi arrives, strength is immediately expressed. From this, two things are clear: effective action depends on clear intention.  Qi is an integral link in the full expression of physical strength.  Clearly then mental training is fundamental and should be a major part in building inner energies.
